Top 5 Reasons Robots Will Take Over The World

1- Robots basically can build themselves. We've all seen assembly lines of robots building cars.. but have you seen robots build robots?



2-They Know No Rules or Laws. At least in the movie iRobot they programmed rules. Even if they were confusing.. such as " A robot can protect itself unless it inflicts with the first or second law when the sun is rising and 3 dwarf monks high 5 each other to the tune of the Inspector Gadget theme song" .. or something like that. They're bound to reprogram themselves.. we all hear about the machine that decided to turn itself on and it ended up eating a man..

3 - We already use them in war. We're already strapping guns and lasers on  tank-like robots.. all it takes is one lightning strike to reprogram that killer robot into a kill-on-sight machine!

4- We've Idolized Them. They're in movies, music and our hearts (see: Wall-e). We're already growing close to them.. it's only a matter of time until they pull the ol' reach around and rip out our 3rd vertebrae through our sternum.

5 - Ruggedness. They're built to last, built to stand the elements, they don't age, and they're growing smarter. Here's a video that explains everything. And frankly.. it scares the hell out of me. The keyword in this video is " LEARNING "
